Asha Immanuelle, MAS, BSN, RN, PHM, CPHIMS
PIP’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is a maternal health innovator and the founding leader of PIP, with nearly 30 years of experience as a nurse and program director in women’s health. She has led multiple community-driven maternal health initiatives – including managing over $600,000 in grant-funded programs to advance health equity – and was instrumental in piloting a first-of-its-kind community maternal safety bundle in Atlanta as one of six national sites. Asha is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), blending clinical insight with health IT expertise to develop data-driven, compassionate care solutions. Her leadership in projects like BirthSafe demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to integrating AI and community feedback in order to predict and prevent obstetric complications, and her career-long advocacy ensures PIP’s work is grounded in both evidence and empathy
